Terms of Service

1. The service

Moneylanta ("Moneylanta", "we", "us") operates moneylanta.com, a platform where artists and producers upload music, albums and beats, and where listeners stream and purchase that content.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to sell content or receive payouts.

3. User content and rights

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By uploading you confirm that you own or control all necessary rights — recording, composition, samples, features, artwork and lyrics — and you grant Moneylanta a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, stream, display, promote, distribute and, where you set a price, sell that content on the platform. 4. Prohibited conduct

• Uploading content you do not have the rights to, including uncleared samples.
• Impersonating another artist, label or person.
• Artificially inflating plays, sales or payouts.
• Uploading unlawful, hateful, or sexually exploitative material.
• Interfering with, scraping, or attempting to breach the platform.

5. Copyright

We respond to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and terminate repeat infringers. See Copyright / DMCA.

6. Payments and payouts

Purchases are processed through the platform. Moneylanta retains a platform fee on each paid sale — 5% for the first 100 artists and first 50 producers on the platform, and 10% for sellers who join after those founding seats are filled. Card processing fees charged by our payment processor (currently 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) are also deducted from each paid sale. Earnings are tracked in your Earnings & Payouts page, held for 7 days as a refund window, and released manually by Moneylanta once you request a cash-out to Stripe or direct deposit. Payouts may be withheld for suspected fraud, chargebacks or copyright claims. See the Artist Terms and the Refund Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and remove content at our discretion. You may stop using Moneylanta at any time and ask us to remove your catalog.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moneylanta is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
