Refund Policy

Eligible refunds

• The file is corrupted, silent, or does not match the listing, and we cannot fix it.
• You were charged more than once for the same item.
• The purchase was unauthorized and reported promptly.
• The content was removed for a copyright claim before you could download it.

Not eligible

• Change of mind after a successful download.
• Not liking the music, mix or genre.
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.

How to request one

Use the contact form and choose "Payment Issue", or email moneylanta@gmail.com with your purchase date, the track or beat name, and what went wrong. We respond within 5 business days.

Effect on artists

Refunded and charged-back sales are reversed in the artist or producer dashboard and deducted from the estimated balance before payout.
