Moneylanta
Artist & Content Upload Terms
Effective August 21, 2026
These terms apply to every artist, producer and rights holder who uploads music, albums, beats or artwork to Moneylanta.
1. Rights confirmation
Each time you upload, you must check the rights confirmation box shown beside the upload button. That confirmation reads:
I confirm that I own or control the necessary rights to this music, recording, artwork, beat, lyrics, and other material I am uploading, or that I have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to upload, distribute, sell, and authorize Moneylanta to use the content as described in the Terms of Service. I understand that uploading content I do not have the right to use may result in removal of the content, loss of earnings, suspension or termination of my account, and other consequences permitted by law.
We store a record of each acceptance with your account, the upload and a timestamp.
2. Samples, features and clearances
You are responsible for clearing samples, interpolations, featured performers, session players, producers and artwork. Do not upload material built on uncleared commercial recordings.
3. Licence you grant
You keep ownership. You grant Moneylanta a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, stream, transcode, display, promote and — where you set a price — sell and deliver your content, for as long as it is on the platform. Removing your content ends the licence going forward.
4. Pricing, platform fee and payouts
You set each release as free or priced. Moneylanta charges a platform fee on each paid sale: a 5% founding rate for the first 100 artists and the first 50 producers who join the platform, and 10% for everyone who joins after those seats are filled. Your founding rate is locked to your account for as long as it remains in good standing, and your current rate is always shown on your Earnings & Payouts page. In addition to the platform fee, card processing fees charged by our payment processor (currently 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) are deducted from each paid sale.
Sales, the fee taken, your net earnings and your balance appear in your Earnings & Payouts page. Each sale is held for 7 days as a refund and chargeback window before it becomes available. After the hold clears you may request a cash-out to a connected Stripe account or to direct deposit bank details you provide. Payout details are private to you and are used only to send your money.
Cash-outs are released manually by Moneylanta after a review of the underlying sales. A request may be delayed, reduced or refused while a copyright claim, refund, chargeback or fraud review is open, and amounts that are later refunded or reversed are deducted from your balance.
5. Removal and enforcement
We may remove content and suspend accounts for copyright claims, impersonation, fraudulent streaming, or violations of the Community Guidelines. Repeat infringers are terminated. See Copyright / DMCA.
6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Moneylanta against claims, damages and costs arising from content you upload or from your breach of these terms.
